Doesn't fit? Not in love? No problem!
Email Us!
Since most items sell out quickly, please email me at katiefisher@southernsongbirdboutique.com as soon as possible to exchange/return. You may return item(s) up to 30 days from the date of purchase. BUT, if you wish to receive a free prepaid return shipping label, your item(s) must be shipped back to us within 10 days of the original shipping date. Please include: Your Order #, Item(s) being exchanged/returned, & reason*. Please note all clearance and accessories sales are final.
Pack It!
Pack unwanted item(s). Print the return label we emailed to you and attach it to the package. Cover any existing shipping labels.
Ship It!
Drop your return package at your local USPS. Once I receive your return, I will issue your exchange/return within 3-5 business days.
