For centuries the natural springs found at Boiling Springs State Park have been a sought after watering hole. The inflow of water shifts the sand on the bottom, giving the appearance of the water boiling. Now, from cabins to tent sites, trails for mountain biking and hiking, picnic tables and charcoal grills; this popular swimming hole remains a relief from the Oklahoma summer heat.
